Think they know whats best for us all.
We the People need to show these economy ruining liberals where we stand on America and our rights as American people.

Nice post! I saw your links on Smokinglobby.com and I'm currently trying to set up a page over on Colbert Nation's blog section, but I'm having problems getting my e-mail verified so that I can set up my profile. Any idea why that would happen?

I agree with you that we need to stick together, and yes, it IS about freedom of choice; without that, there IS no freedom. The Los Angeles City Council just passed an OUTDOOR smoking ban. Man, I tell ya, I just don't feel like I live in America anymore. I am so tired of hearing about anti-smoking whiners who say "oh, finally I can go out now". Pluuuuueeeease, the majority of hospitality venues are ALREADY non-smoking. No, this is about denying us our right to assemble amongst ourselves. Plain and simple. Freedom is not a Right wing or a Left wing principle...or a smoker or non-smoker issue, it is an American principle. If we do not defend our right (as a nation) to remain a plurality where everyone doesn't where the same sized (and style...eek) shoe, then we are all truly in trouble.

There are no small freedoms. ....and taking away a private business for collectivist means is certainly not a small infraction against Liberty.
